I’ve spent more than 20 years working in property management, from managing portfolios through to leading large rental departments, building teams, improving systems and working through the operational challenges that come with running a high-performing rent roll.
Before starting The Rental Network, I led a property management department of approximately 1,300 properties and 11 team members. During that time, we significantly improved profitability, strengthened the structure of the department and built a team that remained stable for four years without staff turnover.
That experience shaped the way I work today.
I don’t believe better property management comes from asking people to work harder. More often, it comes from getting the foundations right.

I started The Rental Network to help agencies step outside the day-to-day noise and look objectively at how their property management department is operating.
Sometimes that means identifying revenue that is being missed.
Sometimes it means reviewing team structure and capacity.
Sometimes it is tightening workflows, improving compliance, developing leaders or helping a team manage client expectations more confidently.
And sometimes it is simply giving an Agency Director clarity around what needs attention first.
My work now includes rent roll health checks, consulting, training, mentoring and implementation support for property management businesses across Australia.
